- Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- With tags and original packaging
- Without perfume, stains, or damage
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on:
- Undergarments and innerwear
- Discounted / sale items
- Custom/altered products
3. Return Process
- Customer must provide an unboxing video/photo as proof of delivery condition.
- Contact us via call, WhatsApp, or email to initiate a return.
- Once approved, customers must ship products back to us.
4. Refund Method
We offer:
- Exchange of same value product
or - Store Credit — valid for future orders
Cash refund is not applicable unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.
5. Wrong/Damaged/Defective Products
If the fault is from our side:
Full replacement will be provided
We will bear the return shipping charge
